Global Offsite Care is composed of dedicated individuals who generously volunteer their time, skills, and passion to make our mission a reality. Supporting telemedicine practitioners worldwide with equipment grants to enhance patient care and expand healthcare access in underserved communities.

Equipment Grant Awards
Program Information
Global OffSite Care’s Mini Grant Program encourages and assists practitioners of telemedicine who work directly with patients by providing funding to repair, replace, or enhance essential equipment.
Eligible Equipment Includes:
- Laptops and computers
- Webcams and cameras
- Digital stethoscopes
- Equipment repairs
- Other telemedicine equipment
Notification Timeline
Applicants will be notified regarding their application no later than 60 days after applying.
Eligibility Requirements
Experience Required
Must have been using telemedicine to provide healthcare to patients for at least one year.
Geographic Coverage
You must be located in a country where there is an active Global OffSite Care project.

Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe
Application Process
When the program reopens, we will accept mini grant applications throughout the year. Applications will be reviewed by our project partner representative in your region and the Board of Global OffSite Care on a quarterly basis.
- Submit Application: Complete and submit your grant application with equipment needs and project details
- Regional Review: Applications reviewed by project partner representatives in your region
- Board Evaluation: Final review and approval by the Global OffSite Care Board of Directors
- Notification: Applicants notified of decision within 60 days of application submission
Review Schedule
Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis throughout the year when the program is active.
