

Overview: With the help of the Rotary Club of Shanghai, a telemedicine center was established at the Fudan Children’s Hospital. The main purpose of the program was to help the children in rural areas with congenital heart defects, which is the continuance of the Program of Gift of Life. Gift of Life connects children in need with cardiac surgeries and receives substantial funding from Rotary’s Global Grant program.
