Overview: This telemedicine project was established after Princess Dr. Frances Kemelagha visited a project booth at the Rotary International Convention in June 2013. Dr. Kemelagha was very interested in finding ways to institute telemedicine at the hospital where she was on staff at the Federal Medical Centre Yenagoa. This project in association with the Rotary Club of Yenagoa. Special thanks to lead doctors: Medical Director Dr. E.N. Etebu and Princess Dr. Frances Kemelagha.
